ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi, who wants to serve her sentence like any other convict in Adiala, has filed a petition in IHC on Tuesday (6th of Feb, 2024) against the notification declaring Banigala house a sub-jail, pleading that she be moved to Adiala Jail.
She had named Capital’s chief commissioner, Jail SP and IG prisons Punjab as respondents. Former PM Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi had been given 14 years imprisonment in Toshakhana reference and 7-year incarceration in Iddat case.
