ISLAMABAD: The election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released Form 45 on its website following public outcry over delay.
However, PTI refused to accept the Form-45s uploaded by ECP saying that results were changed (against its candidates) before uploading the document.
PTI further claimed that the voter turnout even crossed hundred percent at a number of polling stations.
