ZHOB (Balochistan): Security forces have neutralized 3 militants in an IBO carried out in Sambaza area here on Wednesday (15th May, 2024).
Weapons, ammunition and explosives were recovered from the killed militants.
During exchange of fire, Major Babar Khan Niazi of Pakistan Army gave the ultimate sacrifice.
Namaz-e-Janaza of Major Babar Khan Niazi was offered at Zhob Cantt which was attended by senior civil and military officers.
Later he was laid to rest in his native Mianwali with full military honors.
Major Babar Khan Niazi, who was commissioned in the Punjab Regiment of Pakistan Army in 2012, was presently stationed at Frontier Corps Balochistan North.
Babar Khan is survived by widow and a three-year-old son.
