KARACHI: On the first trading day of the week (Monday 15th July, 2024) Karachi Stock Exchange has seen an increase of 1400 points enabling PSX 100-Index cross the psychological barrier of 81, 000 points closing at 81,155.61 points.
The total turnover was 441,338,958 with PIA Holding Company having the highest turnover of 35,758,060. A total of 457 entities transacted shares out of which 265 recorded gains, 141 sustained losses whereas, the share price of 51 companies remained stagnant. Nestle Pakistan Limited recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was Rs. 105.
