MUNICH: A 24-year-old Afghan asylum seeker, Farhad N, known to Police for theft and drug offences, drove a mini Cooper at a group of people here injuring 28 on Thursday (13th Feb 2025), a 37-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter succumbed to their injuries.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, while talking to journalists here, maintained: “This perpetrator cannot hope for any leniency. He must be punished and he must leave the country. If it was an attack, we must take consistent action against possible perpetrators with all means of justice.”
