In two IBOs LEAs neutralised seven militants in D I Khan on 23rd Feb 2025. In the first IBO carried out in the Daraban area here four terrorists were killed during an exchange of fire. In the second operation that took place in Maddi three more militants were killed.
Security forces have neutralised 12 militants during an operation carried out in the general area of Mangocher, Kalat (Balochistan) here on the Fri/Sat (31st Jan/1st Feb, 2025) night.
“On behest of inimical and hostile forces, this cowardly act of terrorism was aimed at disrupting the peaceful environment of Balochistan by targeting mainly the innocent civilians,” maintained ISPR while briefing about the clash that had also claimed lives of 18 FC personnel.
In a separate operation 11 militants were killed in Harnai district on Friday (31st Jan, 2025). According to ISPR, Security Forces and the LEAs were immediately mobilised, who thwarted the design of terrorists ensuring security and protection of the citoyens living in the terrain.
It is pertinent to mention here that a night earlier security forces had neutralised ten terrorists during an IBO carried out on 30th/31st Jan, 2025.
According to details four militants were neutralised in D. I. Khan, while six more were killed in separate encounters in North Waziristan district’s general areas of Datta Khel, Hassan Khel, Ghulam Khan and Mir Ali.
Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the slain gunmen who were actively involved in criminal activities in Datta Khel, Hassan Khel, Ghulam Khan and Mir Ali against the security forces as well as civilians.
