PARIS: Photojournalist Boubaid Al-Mknasi’s illustrated book ‘Women in the Spotlight’ has been launched here, which not only reveals the author’s fine aesthetic sense, but also reflects his profound commitment to honouring 140 exceptional women from Moroccan community, and their essential contributions to upholding the values of coexistence within French society.

The volume presenting a biography accompanied by a photo is a quality addition to the Arab Library in terms of this cultural and artistic work.

Through the photographs, this work showcases the visages of women from the Moroccan community in France. The series of black-and-white photos, which capture natural and spontaneous moments, embodies the essence of the Moroccan woman’s experience in France.
