DOHA: President Donald Trump, who is presently on a 4-day visit to Gulf (KSA, Qatar, UAE), arrived here Wednesday (14th May, 2025).
Here Trump signed a number of agreements with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to ameliorate the trade and defence terms between two countries, including a $200 Billion deal to buy 160 Boeing jets (biggest order in the history of the company).
It is pertinent to mention here that in the last two decades, Trump happens to be the first American president to visit Qatar
