WASHINGTON DC: Elias Rodriguez*, a 30-year-old Illinois University graduate (from Chicago), has shot dead a Jew couple [Yaron Lischinsky (also a German national) and Sarah Lynn Milgrim] who worked for the Israeli diplomatic post here outside Jewish Museum Thursday (22nd June, 2025).

US President Donald Trump, taking to the twitter held: “These horrible DC killings, based obviously on antisemitism, must end, NOW! Hatred and Radicalism have no place in the USA. Condolences to the families of the victims, So sad that such things as this can happen!”
Foreign Ministry of Israel stated: “We are shocked and horrified this morning by the news of the brutal terrorist attack that claimed the lives of two of our Embassy staff members in Washington – Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim. May their memory be a blessing. We embrace the grieving families during this painful time and will continue to support them always.

*A member of Party for Socialism & Liberation, Elias Rodriguez recently worked in Osteopathic Medicine. Following the shooting, he acted as a eyewitness but when nabbed, shouted “free, free Palestine!” According to Metropolitan Police Department Chief Pamela Smith he paced up and down outside the Jewish Museum before killing the couple by means of his handgun. He is being interrogated in custody.
