WHITE HOUSE: Following the 2-day Sino-US parleys aimed at ameliorating the worsening trade war, President Donald Trump proclaimed that there had been a deal here on Wednesday (11th June, 2025).
According to details, while Chinese pupils will continue edification in the United States, Beijing would supply rare-earths to America. Trump terming Sino-US relationship as excellent, claimed the deal would be a great win for both countries.

Earlier, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lin Jian stated: “If the US really wants to resolve the issue through dialogue and negotiation, it should stop exerting extreme pressure, stop threatening and blackmailing, and talk to China on the basis of equality, respect and mutual benefit…China’s position has been very clear. There is no winner in a tariff war or a trade war…China does not want to fight, but it is not afraid to fight.”
