LYON-CORBAS PRISON (S.E. FRANCE): An inmate, while leaving Maison d’Arrêt here after serving the term, packed an inmate in his luggage and smuggled him out Friday (11th July, 2025).
The man who hoodwinked the system was serving a number of sentences. Since the authorities were also probing a case related to organised crime against him, it is being investigated was the escape too an act carried out by Mafia.
