LAKKI MARWAT (KP): Five children who were playing with a mortar shell here on Saturday (2nd August, 2025), believing it to be a toy, lost their lives when it exploded.
According to details a group of local boys took a mortar shell they found in a field to their habitat in Sorband. While they were playing with it, the mortar exploded killing five and injuring a dozen others. Bomb Disposal Squad has initiated a probe.
