KARACHI: A case has been registered by Darakhshan Police on Saturday (3rd August, 2025) against 8 suspects for killing Khawaja Shamsul Islam advocate.
A man attired in shalwar/qameez (hiding his face behind surgical mask) shot senior lawyer Khawaja Shamsul Islam dead, as he came out of Quran Academy Mosque at Khayaban-e-Rahat after offering namaz-e-janaza in DHA Phase VI here on Friday (1st of August, 2025) and fled on motorcycle.
Khawaja Shamsul Islam Advocate and his 25-year-old son Khawaja Daniyal, who also received bullets, were taken to a private hospital in Clifton . But the senior lawyer succumbed to his injuries.
