KARACHI: CAA, suspending the Air Operator Certificates of Serene Air, has noted that the entity has failed to comply with the regulatory requirement of maintaining the prescribed minimum fleet size and presently has zero serviceable aircraft available for operations.
CAA, while observing that Serene Air was incapable of sustaining the operational capacity required to conduct safe air operations in accordance with the applicable PCCA Rules and Regulations, suspended its Air Operator Certificates.
