3rd Match T20I: Pakistan whitewashes Windies

KARACHI: Venue was the National Stadium where huge crowd converged to witness the 3rd match between Green Shirts and Windies today. Finally, Pakistan whitewashed the Windies.

After winning the toss West Indies decided to bat first. Opener Andre Fletcher’s bat yielded 52 off 43 balls while Denesh scored 42 off 18 balls. The visitors  managed to muster up 153-6. 

Pakistan successfully chased the target and with Babar Azam’s 51 and Fakhar Zaman’s 40 managed to reach the goal 154-2 in 16.5 overs (that was their best total in three match). 

With the eight-wicket victory Pakistan has strengthened its position as the top-ranked T-20I team.
