47th National Athletics Championship to kick off in Quetta from Monday

QUETTA: 47th National Athletics Championship is all set to kick off in Quetta from Monday.

The championship will be based on three-days that will continue from May 9, 2016, to May 11 in which fifteen teams across the country will take part.

The participating teams are: Army, Air Force, Navy, Wapda, Railways, HEC, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, FATA, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Earlier today (Saturday), 5-day National Taekwondo Championship started in Karachi.

400 athletes of 15 teams are taking part in the championship that will continue till Wednesday.
