51st foundation day of PPP observed!

RAWALPINDI: The central leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), former Chairman Senate Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari on Sunday said that the followers of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who was the true leader of the people were united under the leadership of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Addressing the party workers here at Rawalpindi Press Club, he felicitated the party workers on 51st foundation day of PPP. He said, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had been struggling for the empowerment of the people and their rights and the ‘Jialias’ of PPP are united under the leadership of the party. There was no future of the parties which had been supporting the dictators and the issues being faced by the country can only be resolved by PPP, he added. Z.A.Bhutto laid the foundation of the 1973 constitution, he said adding, all the ‘Jialias’ were Bhutto and they were moving ahead with the mission of the party leadership. He said, if petrol, electricity and dollar rates notice upward trend then inflation goes up and claimed that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s popularity was increasing.

 “I am a party worker and the party made me Chairman Senate,“ he said adding, “My party is the party of the people and party workers.” On the occasion, the spokesman of former president Asif Ali Zardari Amir Fida Paracha, Fozia Habib, president of Rawalpindi district Chaudhary Zaheer and president, Rawalpindi district women wing, Sumeera Gul, and others leaders were present. Other party leaders also addressed the workers and presented tributes to the martyrs of the party and those who rendered sacrifices for the PPP. Later, a cake was also cut to celebrate the foundation day.
