WASHINGTON: US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth has informed on 1st March, 2026 that so far 6 reserved American soldiers have been neutralised by Irani missiles.
According to details a bunker, harbouring American soldiers in Kuwait, was destroyed by a missile launched by Iran on 1st of March, 2026. Initially US admitted death of three soldiers. But later disclosed that two more bodies were recovered from the rubble. Another succumbed to injuries. Slain American Soldiers have been identified as:
i) Capt. Cody A. Khork, 35
ii) Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42
iii) Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, 39
iv) Sgt. Declan J. Coady, 20
v) Maj. Jeffrey R. O’Brien, 45
vi) Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, 54
While US Army Reserve proclaimed that it would probe the death of its soldiers, President Trump (by means of a video statement) called the fallen troopers, “true American patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation, even as we continue the righteous mission for which they gave their lives. We pray for the full recovery of the wounded and send our immense love and eternal gratitude to the families of the fallen. And sadly, there will likely be more before it ends. That’s the way it is, likely be more, but we’ll do everything possible where that won’t be the case.”
