TWEETSTORM:  Trump says US must be paid for the expensive defense it provides to Germany!

WASHINGTON: Today morning Trump turned to tweeter yet again reminding Germany that it owed vast sums of money to NATO and the United States must be paid more for the powerful, and very expensive, defense it provides to Germany!

It is pertinent to mention here that the statement appeared a day after his meeting with German Chancellor Angelina Merkel here. In the meeting it transpired that they do not agree on matters like NATO and defense spending etc.  

During the joint Press conference, Trump accused Germany of unfair trade practices.  

Merkel said Germany had committed to increasing its military spending to two per cent of GDP. One may recall that this figure was agreed upon by NATO members in 2014.
