ISLAMABAD: The next 8th edition of Lahore Literary Festival (LLF) would be held in New York and London as in Lahore this year a large number of people attended the festival said Founder LLF Razi Ahmed on Monday.
In an interview, he said it is imperative for the people to interact with literary people in such events and get a chance to be connected with different literary books.
This year 7th edition of Lahore Literary Festival has its own identity, strength and roots which could help in change in mind sets of people abroad he added.
He said in such events people of every age including young,old could interact with different thousands of books.
He lauded the present government steps for visas on arrival for sixty countries which could help bring more and more people could come and attend these kinds of events.
Literary books and festivals was imperative for people in every era as in 20th century it could play more vital role for the development of thoughts of the young generation he added.
He said in Lahore Literary Festival it was very positive gesture that people of Gilgit Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Balochistan also come and attended the festival.
