ISLAMABAD: Sameena Shah, mother of Shahnawaz Amir main accused in the Sarah Inam’s murder case, has been arrested outside a district and sessions court here on Wednesday (19th of October, 2022).
Earlier, judge dismissed Sameena Shah’s pre-arrest bail maintaining that she was present in the farm house where Sarah Inam was killed at the time of incident.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 26th day of September (2022) Sameena Shah’s lawyers managed to get her an interim bail three days after the incident.
