PARIS: The 29th edition of EURONAVAL 2024 closed its doors Thursday (7th November, 2024), concluding four days of a major international event marked by regular political and institutional visits, exclusive contract announcements and signings, and a rich program focused on the future of navies and naval innovations.

With 150 official delegations from France, Europe and all over the world, and the presence of 350 accredited journalists, EURONAVAL confirms more than ever its status as the world’s leading naval event.
Highlights of the past four days:
On its opening day Sébastien Lecornu, French Minister of the Armed Forces, visited defence companies to discover the latest developments in armament programs.
Minister for the Sea, Fabrice Loher, and Jean-Louis Thieriot, Minister Delegate to the Minister for the Armed Forces were also conspicuous among others.
This major event was also attended by a number of members of parliament, including deputies from the French National Assembly’s Defense Committee, senators from the Foreign Affairs and Armed Forces Committee, and members of the European Parliament.
