Katy Perry to write a song on space (tourism)

TEXAS: When all-female spaceflight returned to Earth Monday (14th April, 2025) after a brief sojourn in space, the Blue Origin crew expressed their feelings as astronauts:

Pop Star Katy Perry, who sang Louis Armstrong’s What a Wonderful World during the flight, termed the journey the highest high“surrender to the unknown, trust...”. Katy Perry said she would write a song about it.

Lauren Sanchez, fiancée of the founder and owner of Blue Origin Jeff Bozos: “Earth looked so — it was so quiet…and you look at it, and you’re like, ‘We’re all in this together.’”

Rocket scientist Aisha Bowe said: “I will never be the same…There are no boundaries, there’s no border, there’s just earth.”

Gayle King mused: “It’s such a reminder about how we need to do better, be better. Do better, be better human beings.”

Sexual assault survivor Amanda Nguyen told she went on Monday flight to heal & took the hospital bracelet that she wore after her assault.

The 3.8-meter wide New Shepard capsule harboring Gayle King, Katy Perry, Amanda Nguyen, Aisha Bowe, Lauren Sánchez and Kerianne Flynn.
