CHICAGO: Joe Biden, the 82-year-old immediate past president of the United States of America, while addressing a conference of disability advocates held here Tuesday (15th April, 2025), said that Trump’s hatchet effort has put Americans’ retirement benefits at risk.
In his first major (half-hour-long) speech, after leaving the White House, Biden remarked: “Fewer than 100 days, this administration has done so much damage, and so much destruction — it’s kind of breathtaking it could happen that soon…They’ve taken a hatchet to the Social Security administration, pushing 7,000 employees out the door.”
