ISLAMABAD: Three Gilgit Baltistan (GB) shepherds (Wasit Khan, Ansar and Md Khan) who saved lives of 300 people by timely informing them about a flood during monsoon season, have been awarded Rs. 25 lakhs each by the premier here at PM House on Monday (25th August, 2025).
On the occasion PM said that the nation was proud of their courage and presence of mind that saved lives of the inhabitants of an entire village.
