S. WAZIRISTAN: All the 650 people (including 525 cadets) trapped inside the military-run Cadet College Wana (situated near afghan border) were rescued and all the five militants have been neutralised by security forces here on Tuesday (11th Nov, 2025).
The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Khalifa Mansoor Group had claimed responsibility for the suicide attack. It may be recalled that Mansoor was neutralised in Afghanistan Oct, 2017, by means of a drone attack carried out by US forces.

The operation claimed lives of three Pakistanis (whose identities have not yet been disclosed). Militants, failing to enter the premises, rammed an explosives-laden vehicle against the main gate of the Cadet College Wana. The suicide bomber and one more militant were killed, while three of them managed to enter the campus but they were cornered in the administration block.
Two militants (including the one who carried out the suicide attack) were neutralised by security forces when they attacked the college on Monday (10th Nov, 2025), while three were holed up in the administration block. Once all the cadets and staff members were evacuated, the security forces attacked and neutralized the militants. Following that the campus was thoroughly checked for any mines or planted IEDs.

According to sources, the suicide blast carried out by the militants was so colossal that it badly damaged 12 houses and injured 16 civilians. It is evident that the militants wanted to repeat the act of terrorism carried out a decade ago on 16th December 2014 at Army Public School.

Hours later, a bomber detonated his jacket near a Police vehicle parked at the main gate of G-11 District & Sessions Court building, when he was barred from entering the premises, as the result of suicide attack 12 people lost their lives while 36 others got injured, on Tuesday (11th Nov, 2025) at 12.39 PM.
