PESHAWAR: A lawyer, identified as Adnan Samee Afridi, fatally shot Abdul Latif Afridi, former president of Supreme Court Bar Association(SCBA) inside the Peshawar High Court Bar Room on Monday (16th of January, 2023).

Alleged killer Adnan Afridi, who shot the deceased six times, was nabbed by Police from the scene of crime.

According to sources Adnan Samee Afridi is a relative of the slain lawyer and murdered Abdul Latif Afridi to avenge murders of his relatives.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, taking to the Twitter, expressed his heartfelt grief over the murder of Abdul Latif Afridi:
