Ameliorating Pak Post Services!

ISLAMABAD: A 2-day Post-Master General (PMG) conference is going to be held here on 6-7 Feb to discuss new Pakistan Post (PP) services and bring improvement in services already operational.
A senior official of Pakistan Post in Multan told the Media that DG of PP would chair the conference and matters pertaining to bringing further improvement in Pakistan Post’s newly launched revolutionary initiative of Same-Day-Delivery service, Electronic Money Order would be discussed. The issues of how to curtail revenue losses and enter into profit mode would also be discussed in addition to discussions on fraud cases and court cases.
PMGs from all the Pakistan Post circles from across the country would attend the two-day conference. Meanwhile, a counter clerk at GPO Multan said that Same-Day-Delivery service has started getting a good response from Multanites and many approached GPO to avail this service. The service can be availed at five post offices in Multan including the GPO, and post offices at Timber market, New Multan, Gulgasht colony and Mumtazabad.
