INGREDIENTS FOR HUNTER-BEEF:
2 kg Beef Under-Cut
1 tbsp Black Pepper (crushed)
½ cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Jiggery (gur)
1 tbsp Kalmi Shora
½ tsp Salt
4 tbsps Oil
5 cups Water
METHOD:
Apply all the mentioned afore ingredients (except water and oil) all over the meat. Keep it in refrigerator for three days.
Take a pan and pour oil in it. When the oil heats, fry the meat in it. Add four to five cups of water into it. Let it cook until the water dries out and the meat is tenderized. Hunter beef is ready.
INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESY HUNTER-BEEF BURGERS:
2 Buns
½ cup Hunter-Beef (shredded)
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
Ketchup to taste
METHOD:
Apply ketchup on the buns and add shredded hunter-beef on it. Top with cheese and bake it in the oven for three to four minutes. Delicious and mouth-watering cheesy hunter beef burgers are ready!
