Bhatti becomes the fourth Pakistani to conquer Mount Everest!

KARACHI: Retired Lt. Col. of Pakistan Army Abdul Jabbar Bhatti has successfully conquered the 8848m high Mount Everest on Sunday (21st of May).

By completing the 45-day expedition – that cost him Rs. 5m – Jabbar Bhatti became the fourth Pakistani to have summitted the highest peak in the world.

Bhatti has earlier conquered Broad Peak (8,051m) in 1985; Gasherbrum 2 (8,035m) in 1986 and Spantik Peak (7,027m) in 2012.
