MULTAN: Chairman of PPPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari reminds judges while pointing towards 1.8m cases pending before the courts have asked the judges to do their job too besides taking suo motu notices over issues.
“If you want to do our job, do it but please do your own job as well. If you don’t do it who will do it?” Bilawal wondered.
However, he prompted to eulogize the work being done by the judiciary and said: “Panama case that was difficult is being pursued. Don’t provide an excuse for anyone to criticize you. You had said that the case would be decided within six months. Do focus on it.”
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari went on to say that he had very high hopes with the chief justice regarding a provision of justice according to the law.
Maintaining that a judge should speak through his judgment, Bilawal Zardari pointed out that judges would be criticized if they opt to express themselves via speeches and Pressers.
