Blast outside Quetta Mosque injures four

QUETTA: Four namazis got injured due to an explosion outside a mosque at Sariab Road here today (4th of Sept). 

According to details the explosion occurred when the namazis were emerging from the masjid after congregational Juma prayers when the incident took place.

It is believed that the IED was planted in a motorcycle parked at the mosque’s door. However, sources have insinuated that 1.5 kg of explosives did not explode and the blast was caused as the detonator blew-up.

Meanwhile, the wounded are being treated at Civil Hospital for treatment.
