KOHAT: A boat carrying 43 madrassa pupils capsized in Tanda Dam here on Sunday (29th of Jan 2023), claiming lives of 22 students who converged there for a pleasure trip.

Rescue teams managed to save lives of 17 children whereas few are sill missing.

UNESCO stated: “We offer our sincere condolences to the bereaved families and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured children”.
