Body Shop Pakistan Celebrates Int’l Women’s Day

KARACHI: The body shop Pakistan celebrated International Women’s Day with the message ‘accept the beauty in imperfection and more natural cycle of life’.

Prof. Dr. Iffet Sultana, who conducted the interactive session on the Beauty of Diversity & Dimensions of Wellness, discussed the importance of these dimensions:

There are five main aspects of personal health:

1) Physical,

2) Emotional,

3) Social,

4) Spiritual, and

5) Intellectual.

In order to be considered ‘well’, it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected.

The participants did SWOT analysis and shared their thoughts and experiences with each other.

The another guest speaker was Ms. Syeda Alishba Amin-ud-Din, an Artist, Disability Rights Activist, Social Entrepreneur, Francophone and member of Globle Advocacy Team Down Syndrome International. She shared her journey, achievements & challenges with participants.

KARACHI: Ms. Syeda Alishba Amin-ud-Din received a Certificate of Recognition from Country Manager of The Body Shop (Pakistan) Saad Ullah Khan.
