According to details, COAS appreciated both for their phenomenal achievements in the field of sports and expressed full confidence in Pakistan’s youth for their outstanding potential.

Amir Khan was awarded the honorary rank of captain for a day by the Pakistan Army in recognition of his achievements in the field of boxing.

On this occasion, he acknowledged that Pakistan Army had always played an important role in the promotion of sports.

Amir Khan pledged that he would open more boxing academies in the country to train young boxers.
