ISLAMABAD: The caretaker Cabinet Committee on Energy (CCoE) had approved the recommendations of Ministerial Oversight Committee for the Pak-Iran gas pipeline project here on Friday (23rd of Feb, 2024).
It has been recommended to start work on the 80km segment of the pipeline inside Pakistan — from Pakistan border up till Gwadar in the first phase.
According to details the project will be executed by Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Ltd and funded through Gas Infrastructure Devt. Cess.
