NEW YORK: Following an inclusive study conducted here it has been pointed out that vegetable oil could lead to cancer.

According to the details, this seed-based cooking oil could trigger the afore-mentioned deadly syndrome, if it is heated in a frying pan or wok.

Such oils are stuffed with high sums of poly-unsaturated and omega-6 fats, which, in point of fact, discharge neurotoxic and DNA transmuting chemicals that are known to cause cancer when merged with oxygen.

These reasonably priced oils are made up of seeds such as canola, sunflower, corn, safflower, grape, rice bran, and soy.

In this framework, one of the academics here has stated: “Recent improvements in measurement technology have now thrown a spotlight on the quantity of these chemicals released by normal use of vegetable oils.”

The researcher went on to inform: “When seed-oils containing these fats are heated at a normal cooking temperature (of 180 degrees Celsius), they create highly toxic chemicals known to be involved in cancer causation.”

A number of people particularly females use veggies oil in cooking without knowing its detrimental consequences. This demonstrates the steep ratio of lung cancer cases among ladies in Asian states.

The scientists here have detailed their findings in the study published in Science Direct.
