Charlie Hebdo – notorious for publishing abusive cartoons – gets yet another threat!

PARIS: Recently, satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo has again provoked many by running a cartoon of the 55-year-old Islamic scholar *Tariq Ramadan (accused of seducing young pupils).

The prosecutor’s office here has commenced a probe on written death threats that Charlie Hebdo says it has received on Monday (6th of November, 2017).

According to Charlie Hebdo since January 2015 attack they have continuously been receiving threats on social media

During the January, 2015 attack gunmen shot 12 members of Charlie Hebdo editorial staff down  at its offices.


* According to The Tribune de Geneve, alleged incidents took place in the 1980s & 1990s when Tariq Ramadan was teaching in his hometown Geneva. 

Ramadan, while vehemently  denying the accusations, has said that his opponents had initiated that campaign against him. | YouTube Channel
