Charsadda attack: PM Nawaz,Raheel Sharif agree to continue war against terror

RAWALPINDI: Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif called Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on telephone and discussed the terror attack on Bacha Khan University on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is currently in Switzerland to attend annual meeting of World Economic Forum. Army chief and PM Nawaz agreed to cut the roots of terrorism from country.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesman Muhammad Khurasani,  has condemned terror attack on Bacha Khan University, Charsadda.

According to the statement emailed by TTP spokesman, calling the attack ‘anti-shariah’, Muhammad Khurasani condemned the attack and absolved his organization from any responsibility concerning their involvement in the attack.

Indian Newspaper Hindustan times claimed, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, which had massacred 134 school children at a school in Peshawar in December, 2014, claimed responsibility for the attack at the Bacha Khan University in Charsadda.
