Cigarette vendors in Isloo will have to buy license

ISLAMABAD: After the imposition of Tobacco Vendor Act here only licensed shopkeepers will be allowed to sell cigarettes and other such products.

According to details vendors of the federal capital have been given a month to buy license (costing Rs.1,000 to 3,ooo/annum) from Excise Department.

It is pertinent to mention here that the city administration with the support of the health department’s tobacco-smoke free Islamabad project has imposed the ban.
