NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: PPP-P MPA Shanaz Ansari’s nephew Waqar Khokhar shot her dead in Ali Murad Khokhar Village here today (Saturday 15th of February, 2020).
According to details her murder was result of a clash between the two groups over a land dispute. Suspect and accomplices managed to bolt from the scenario.
She had been there to attend the Chehlum of her brother-in-law Dr. Zahid Khokhar. She was rushed to the Peoples Medical University Hospital in Nawabshah, where she succumbed to gun wounds.
It is pertinent to mention here that she had been elected twice on reserved seats for women from her hometown Naushahro Feroze.
PPP-P Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that the authorities had been directed to commence an inquiry and take the class expressed deep grief and condemned the killing of MPA. In a statement, he directed the authorities concerned to launch inquiry and take the culprits to task at the earliest.
