Coronavirus: Sindh Health Dept wants ban on PSL

KARACHI: Following confirmation of 9 more Coronavirus cases here, Sindh’s health department is pondering over  requesting a ban on public events in the Metropolis including PSL. 

During the meeting held here today with CM in the chair, setting up of a health desk at the airport was also recommended. With the help of the desk, all those entering the city via airport will be screened for the coronavirus.

Health Department is also establishing Health Desks (to be called Front-line Desks at hospitals of the Province. Dept. is also sending the PM a recommendation to shut schools in the province for a longer period. A hospital in Gadap will treat those affected with the coronavirus.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has informed yesterday (Monday, 9th of March, 2020) said it was in constant touch with health officials in Sindh and would fully comply with Govt. health advisories. | YouTube Channel
