COVID-19: On 25th May patients recovered outnumbered new reported

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has informed here that today (2nd day of Eid-ul-Fitr, 25th of May, 2020) for the first time since COVID-19 emerged that lesser new patients reported in the Province as compared to the recovered ones. 

According to details 1852 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, out of which 443 tested positive whereas, 614 patients fully recovered. It is pertinent to mention here that so far 159,301 tests have been conducted in Sindh out of that 29,934 tested positive.

CM Sindh further informing about state-of-affairs in Sindh told that two patients expired in the last 24 hours (taking the toll to 369 in the Province); 12,943 people are presently under isolation at their homes, 790 are isolated at quarantine centers, 859 patients are receiving treatment for coronavirus at various hospitals.

(CONFIRMED CASE MEANS PATIENTS WHOSE LABORATORY TESTS HAD BEEN RECEIVED). 1180 VICTIMS OF COVID-19 DIED SO FAR IN PAKISTAN WHEREAS, 17482 PATIENTS RECOVERED.
