COVID-19: President Alvi asks universities to adopt innovative tech.

KARACHI: President Dr. Arif Alvi, while referring to the deadly COVID-19 Pandemic held that the universities were required to adopt innovative information communication technologies to ensure access to quality education in view of the challenges posed by mysterious malady COVID-19. 

Dr. Alvi was speaking at  a presentation given to him by Rector of National Textile University (NTU, Faisalabad), Professor Dr. Tanveer Hussain here on Thursday 14th of May.

He urged the NTU to play its role in helping the textile industry of the country in value addition and product diversification.

Lauding the role of NTU in producing qualified and skilled manpower, the President Dr. Arif Alvi noted that  the university had  made great contributions towards promotion of textile industry as well as boosting the export sector of the country.
