COVID-19: US FDA allows emergency use of vaccine

WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump took to the Twitter to proclaim that first immunisations to contain COVID-19 Pandemic would take place “in less than 24 hours.”

His announcement came following FDA’s  Denise Hinton’s correspondence addressed to Pfizer: “I’ am authorising the emergency use of Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine for the prevention of Covid-19.”

Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine, is expected to roll-out shortly all over the USA.
