Cricket PSL IV: Zalmi perches at the top beating Kings by 61 runs

KARACHI: Beating Karachi Kings by 61-runs here at the National Stadium on Monday, Peshawar Zalmi has cozily occupied the place at the PSL points table pinnacle. 

Earlier Peshawar natting first set a target of 204-runs that Karachi failed to reach despite Ingram’s 71 and went back to the pavilion scoring 142 in 16.2 overs.

ZALMI SKIPPER PLANTS A SAPLING AT GOVERNOR HOUSE:

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Imran Ismail has maintained that holding of PSL here would help change the perspective about the country.  He was talking to media Monday along with Peshawar Zalmi Captain Darren Sammy and owner of the franchise Javed Afridi. Terming the franchise his family Sammy said it’s always a pleasure to come to Pakistan to play cricket. On the occasion, Sammy planted a sapling in the lawns of the Governor House.
