Cyber harassment wing vigilantly working to end cyber harassment

ISLAMABAD: Federal Ombudsman Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPHA) a cyber harassment wing is working vigilantly to protect people from cyber harassment, said an official here on Wednesday.

In an interview, the official said that at the moment troubling cyber harassment may become difficult to overcome but FOSHA is proving easy way to end cyber harassment.

She said that they are also providing free legal advice and digital security support, psychological consoling and referral system to victims of online harassment according to Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) .

She said that the helpline is also providing private and gender sensitive environment for all its callers and they are also protecting the Doxing, hacking and unsolicited massage.
