KARACHI: Chief Minister of New Delhi and Aam Admi Party Chief, Arvind Kejriwal Saturday has accepted the invitation from the organisers of Karachi Literature Festival (KLF) 2017.
He accepted the invitation in a telephonic conversation with the official organiser of KLF.
KLF is founded by Ameena Saiyid, OBE, and Dr. Asif Farrukhi.
It is jointly organised by Pakistan and British Council and Oxford University Press Pakistan.
The festival consists of literary discussions, book launches, and creative writing workshops. There is also an opportunity to meet authors, book signings and visit a book fair.
Earlier, Bollywood actor Anupam Kher had said that he was denied a Pakistani visa and, that’s why, he did not come and attend the festival this year.
