Dimple Kapadia and Shilpa Shetty have birthdays today

MUMBAI: Bollywood veteran star Dimple Kapadia turns 59 today. Dimple was born on June 08, 1957, in Mumbai, India.

The Glamorous Bollywood actress, whose fame peaked during the 1980’s and ’90s for her roles in Kaash, Rudaali, and Krantiveer, was introduced to Bollywood by Raj Kapoor.

The actress made a successful debut with the film Bobby, but decided to put her acting on hold to take care of her family.

She made a comeback to films in the late ’80s, launching herself to national stardom.

Another gorgeous actress Shilpa Shetty is celebrating her 41st birthday today. Shetty was born on June 08, 1975, in Mangalore, India.

The actress was nominated for the Best Actress Filmfare Award for 2004’s Phir Milenge. She also received critical acclaim for her performances in Dhadkan and Rishtey.

Shilpa is also a black belt in karate. She earned her black belt as a teenager.
