Diyawadanage’s body flown to SriLanka

ISLAMABAD: Diyawadanage’s body has been flown from Lahore to SriLanka by means of SriLankan Airlines on Monday (6th of December, 2021).

Sri Lanka High Commission in Pakistan took to the Twitter to inform that: “Remains of Diyawadanage Don Priyantha Kumar killed by a mob in Sialkot Pakistan was transferred from Lahore to Colombo by SriLankan Airlines this afternoon.”

 

Meanwhile, Punjab Police that has nabbed seven more suspects, Tweeted: “Police has also arrested the most wanted accused Imtiaz alias Billi. He was involved in torturing the Sri Lankan citizen and desecrating his body. Despite various raids he kept on changing his abode. The accused was arrested from Rawalpindi-bound bus.”
